It is the mission of Hanover Habilitation Services, LLC to provide services which will assist people in improving their quality of life by encouraging independence and self-advocation. Hanover Habilitation Services is a Human Service Agency serving individuals with special needs in New Hanover, Brunswick, Craven, Onslow and Pender Counties.
